Privacy

We will never sell, rent, or give away your information. Ever. Everything we gather exists for one purpose: to connect us together.

What we keep is small: your account name and email; an optional home city, kept to prefill adding yourself to the share group (the globe’s points of light come only from the people held there); the people you add — a name, a place, and a photo — which you affirm each person knows and accepts; and your favorites. Alongside that, the ordinary security records every site keeps: the IP address and browser of your sign-ins, and short-lived counters that guard against abuse.

The public globe shows anonymous points of light only — never names, never photos, never exact locations. Each point is gently offset from the place you enter, so no dot marks a real address. The names and photos you add are visible only to you and to the practitioner, who displays recipient photos privately during the live stream.

Your email is used only to verify and secure your account. You can remove anyone you’ve added at any time, and removing them deletes their photo. There’s no self-serve way to delete your whole account yet — for now, that’s done by hand when you ask.
